Taking care of your sexual health is really important.
Equal, respectful relationships and having access to services and information are an important part of sexual health. Sexual health risks include the risk of unplanned pregnancy and the risks of getting a sexually transmitted infection. You MAY take more risks when you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs so it’s important to be prepared. The free and confidential services below can help you take steps to reduce any risks and protect yourself and your partner.
If a method of contraception has failed or you have had unprotected sex, emergency support to prevent pregnancy is available free through your local sexual health service, walk-in centre, pharmacy or GP. It is important to seek help as soon as possible. Click below to find your nearest clinic or pharmacist who provides emergency contraception.
